We understand that finding the right support for your patients is important. If a patient needs to return an item, Bauerfeind offers a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. Returns must meet our standard product integrity and hygiene criteria.
All partner returns are issued as store credit, which can then be used to reorder the correct size or select another suitable product for your patient.
✔️ Return Eligibility (For Your Patients)
To ensure a smooth return process, please remind your patients to:
Try their item with care at home or in clinic only
Keep the product in new, resalable condition
Retain all original packaging, tags, inserts and components
Items need to be free from marks, odours, washing, or signs of activity-based wear to meet assessment standards.
❌ Products That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, personal-use, or customisation reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Compression socks/stockings
Insoles
Custom-made products (made to patient measurements or needs)
Special orders (ordered specifically for a patient’s preference, such as colour or non-stocked sizes)
Sale and clearance items (final sale)
💳 Return Outcomes for Partners
All authorised partner returns will be issued as a store credit, which you can use to reorder the correct product for your patient.
Refunds are not available for partner accounts.

Confirm sizing instructions before use
