Custom products from Bauerfeind are produced abroad at our main manufacturing headquarters in Germany. The duration for the production of a custom product is approximately 2-3 weeks, after which the completed product is dispatched to our Sydney warehouse facility via air freight. The product will be received by the Bauerfeind Orders team, and you will be contacted by a member of team to confirm your nominated address to which the product should be sent. The product will be shipped and you will be provided with a tracking number to enable you to trace the package during transit.
