What is the payment process for a custom-made product?Updated 2 years ago

Completed order forms for custom-made products will be send by Bauerfeind to our manufacturing partners at Bauerfeind Germany for a final quotation. You will receive an invoice with the final unit cost for the custom product. Payment of this invoice can be made via the Pinch gateway in alignment with the standard payment process for Bauerfeind invoices. Once payment of the invoice has been actioned and processed, the order will be authorised with the manufacturers in Germany and production of the product will commence. 

Please note that manufacturing of any custom solution does not begin until full payment has been processed.
