As a Bauerfeind business partner, you can initiate a return for your patient’s item within 30 days of purchase.

This 30-day window allows your patient to try their product at home or in your clinic to ensure it’s the right fit and level of support. If it isn’t suitable, you can submit a return on their behalf through our Partner Returns PortalPartners Return Portal – Bauerfeind Partners

All partner returns are processed as store credit, which you can use to reorder the correct size or a more appropriate product for your patient.


Key things to know

  • The 30-day timeframe starts from the date of purchase.

  • Only partners can initiate returns — patients cannot return products directly to Bauerfeind.

  • Approved partner returns receive store credit only (no refunds).

  • Items must meet Bauerfeind’s resalable condition and hygiene standards.

  • The following items cannot be returned:

    • Compression socks/stockings

    • Insoles

    • Custom-made products

    • Special orders

    • Sale/clearance items (final sale)

Encouraging your patients to try items carefully in clinic or at home, and to keep all packaging, helps ensure their return can be processed smoothly.
