What happens if the item is the wrong size?Updated 13 days ago

If the item supplied to your patient is the wrong size, you can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase through the Partners Return Portal – Bauerfeind Partners

Once the return is approved, your partner account will receive a store credit, which you can use to reorder the correct size or select a more suitable product for your patient.


Key things to know

  • Partner returns are issued as store credit only.

  • Items must meet Bauerfeind’s resalable condition and hygiene requirements.

  • Patients should try their item gently in clinic or at home to support a smooth return.

  • The following product types cannot be returned:

    • Compression socks/stockings

    • Insoles

    • Custom-made products

    • Special orders

    • Sale/clearance items (final sale)

Keeping all packaging and components intact helps ensure a quick assessment and faster reorder for your patient.
