If an order is placed for a product that is currently out of stock, a member of the Bauerfeind Orders team will promptly establish contact to inform you that the order request will need be arranged as a backorder. If your order is urgent, our team will work with you to provide relevant recommendations for suitable alternatives. The orders team will communicate to ensure understanding and mutual expectations of turnaround times for order fulfilment of any backorders.
Backorders are shipped to Sydney from the Bauerfeind Germany headquarters via a weekly air freight, and so please allow 1-2 weeks to receive a backordered product. All products on backorder will be subjected to expedited express shipping from our Sydney warehouse to reduce any further delays.
