How long does it take to process a return?Updated 13 days ago

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to complete the assessment.

After the return is approved, the store credit will be applied to your partner account and will be ready to use for reordering the correct size or product for your patient.


What can affect processing time?

While most returns are completed quickly, timing may vary depending on:

  • Return volume (peak periods may take slightly longer)

  • Whether the item is returned with all packaging, tags, and components

  • Whether the item meets resalable condition

  • The clarity of the information provided during submission
