How do I place an order for a patient?Updated 2 years ago

As a clinician, you can place an order with Bauerfeind can be actioned by reaching out to either the Bauerfeind Account Management team, submitting an order request to the Bauerfeind Orders division, or autonomously placing an order via the Business Portal.

To establish contact with one of the Bauerfeind account managers and submit a request for order placement, please email [email protected] and one of the account managers will respond in a timely manner to coordinate the order.

To place an order with the Orders team, please communicate any order requests to [email protected].

In both instances, please ensure that the following information is included in an email request:

  • Name of the Clinic
  • Contact Name
  • Phone
  • Address
  • Requested Product(s), including size and variation (left/right)
  • Patient Reference
  • Nominated email address for invoicing purposes

Please ensure any necessary documentation, including purchase orders, are also included. 

Placing An Order Via the Business Portal:

If a clinician has been granted access to the Bauerfeind Business Portal, they can place orders through this portal for any Bauerfeind product(s), with the opportunity to include patient references, arrange drop-shipments, and/or provide order memos.
