nitiating a return is simple. As a Bauerfeind business partner, you can submit returns on behalf of your patients through the Partners Return Portal – Bauerfeind Partners.
Once submitted and approved, your partner account will receive a store credit, which you can use to reorder the correct size or a more suitable product for your patient.
How to initiate a return
Log in to the Partner Returns Portal
Enter the order number (order numbers are case sensitive) and the email linked to the purchase
Select the item you’d like to return
Choose store credit as the outcome (this is the only partner return option)
Follow the steps to confirm and download the return label
Send the item back using the provided label
We’ll notify you once the return has been assessed and the credit applied.
A few quick reminders
Only partners can initiate returns — patients cannot return items directly to Bauerfeind
Items must meet resalable condition and hygiene requirements
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
Compression stockings
Insoles
Custom products
Special orders
Sale/clearance items (final sale)
Encouraging patients to try items carefully in clinic or at home helps ensure a smooth return if needed.
