How do I arrange a special order?Updated 2 years ago
Special orders are classified as orders of any Bauerfeind products that are not included in our standard product lineup in Australia. This commonly includes braces, supports, and orthoses in black* and natural (beige) colours, as well as a collection of serious braces that includes the Spinova Osteo and associated Spinova System orthoses, the SecuTec Omo shoulder immobiliser, and the CerviLoc/S neck braces.

Similar to Bauerfeind backorders, special orders are shipped from Germany via a weekly air freight, and we advise to allow 1-2 weeks to receive a special order item. In contrast to standard orders and backorders, special orders require payment prior to authorisation of the order for inclusion in the weekly air freight.
To arrange a special order, simply contact [email protected] with your order request. A member of our orders team will promptly provide an invoice for payment. After full payment is processed, the order will be authorised for dispatch from Germany in the next incoming air freight.
