There’s no upfront cost — instead, the shipping label fee is deducted from the store credit issued once the return is approved.
This keeps the process simple, consistent, and efficient for your clinic.

How return shipping works

  1. Submit the return in the Partner Returns Portal

  2. Download the prepaid return label

  3. Attach the label and send the item back

  4. Once approved, store credit is applied

  5. The shipping label fee is automatically deducted from that credit

This ensures returns are trackable, correctly routed, and processed smoothly every time.
