Compression stockings/stockings and insoles are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
These items have specific product-handling and assessment limitations that prevent them from being processed through the return system, even if they appear unused.

This policy applies to all partner accounts and patient fittings.

Why these items cannot be returned

Compression stockings/stockings and insoles have unique characteristics that make them non-returnable, including:

• They cannot be accurately assessed once opened or handled

• Their material structure and performance can be affected by stretching or initial fitting

• They cannot be restored to original packaging or presentation standards

• They are highly individualised for the patient’s sizing and comfort needs

For these reasons, they must be treated as final sale.

Supporting your patients

To help ensure the right outcome for your patients:

• Perform in-clinic sizing and fitting whenever possible

• Encourage patients to try items gently during fitting

• Provide guidance on correct donning/doffing

• Ensure the selected compression level, length, and style aligns with their requirements

These steps help minimise the chance of needing a return.
