Modifications to orders, including the addition or removal of products, can be arranged if your order has not yet been dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. We highly recommend that you contact [email protected] as promptly as possible to coordinate changes to an order. A member of the team will confirm whether it is possible to amend a recent order, depending on its dispatch status, and will action any changes to your order if your order has not yet been shipped. Please note that all orders are subjected to same-day dispatch if placed before 2:00 PM, and so we recommend prompt action to ensure any product removal or additions from an order can be actioned in a timely manner.
