Can I amend my return once it’s been submitted?Updated 13 days ago

You can amend a return as long as the item has not yet been shipped back to Bauerfeind.

If the return is still in progress, simply log back into the Partner Returns Portal and update the details. You can adjust item information or change your preferred outcome before the parcel is sent.

If the parcel has already been shipped

Once the return has been posted using the provided label, it can’t be changed in the portal.

If you need to update something after shipping:

We’ll note the update on your account and make sure our quality assessment team receives the information before processing the return.

We aim to make this as smooth as possible for both you and your patient.


What if I need to add another item?

If an additional item needs to be returned, simply submit a separate return request through the Partners Return Portal – Bauerfeind Partners.
