A decision on whether to fulfil an urgent order will be determined on a case by case basis through shared consultation between the orders and accounts teams that considers the urgent nature of the request, previous payment history, clinic settlement dates for supplier invoices, and the number of invoices outstanding. Our team will endeavour to provide you with an outcome as promptly as possible to ensure appropriate expectations can be established and relayed regarding order authorisation and fulfilment.
All urgent order requests will be prepared for immediate dispatch, to be shipped following the settlement of any outstanding invoices and/or finalisation of expected settlement dates for any outstanding amounts.
