Access to the Bauerfeind Business Portal is preceded by the establishment of a business account, and access to the platform is exclusively available by invitation. This invitation is provided in the form of an email containing a unique access link to the business portal log-in page. Here, you will be prompted to generate a password for your business account, which will be continuously required to access the online portal thereafter. Following the establishment of a password, you will be immediately redirected to the main portal home page and can begin placing orders.

Once full authorised access has been granted and established, the business portal can also be accessed via the Bauerfeind website under the Medical Partners page, where an embedded link will navigate you directly to the portal log-in page. 

Please note that the establishment of a business account and completion of a business account initiation form does not confer automatic access to the business portal. Access to the portal is primarily decided following the outcome of consultation with a Bauerfeind account manager.
